And so i started a couple of weeks ago. And as a cybersword, its easy to understand that most of your job is to assassinate and do fighting jobs. But i got bored and begun to found about more stuff, so here's my questions. 1. How to hack. ( i mean, without a job, what can i get from accessing data matrix, and how do i found out i have what is hides) 2. Whats the easiest and hardest profession. 3. What faction do i start and what faction should i look out for. 4. Whats the difference between the character. (Male I to Male II, etc.) 5. What happens when i have high reputation.
Hope it gets answered. Post date 11/28/2018 Time: 11:40

1) For hacking you need skill in hacking and implants that add hacking and atleast a Dataport I 2) There isn't really easiest or hardest profession because it changes from player to player. But any combat class is a bit more difficult to figure out then like for example a face. 3) Start with any gang zone faction first then work your way up to the inner circle of the NBZ slowly. 4) Male 1 can use guns and fists, Male 2 just fists and clubs 5) High rep means you can just juggle between factions for money. And you get access to a backroom to re-hire merc's or get new ones.

Greetings, I shall try to help as best as I can.
For your first question,
sparda4 is correct on the need for a dataport implant and you'll also want a memory implant. With memory implants you can do 'file deliveries' no need to hack any thing just get the file where it needs to go. You can hack the networks for basic 'pay data' files. These you can sell to contacts that are looking for info on the different corps and gangs.
For question two,
As said, it depends on the player mostly.
For question three,
The Los V's and the contacts Vinny and Kass Bad Eye will really help you out. Vinny gives fairly good and easy to do missions. Kass while give you rewards as your rep increases. Starting around 25 rep point and then every 25 points after is when you can talk to her and get stuff. If you do a lot of jobs for Vinny, do watch out for Knight Horizon, they are always way to power full for low level characters.
sparda4 has also answered 4 & 5 pretty good. Not much I can add.

1) I you don't want to get a dataport implant for your current knight, it's worth playing through the tutorial game (Made not born), you'll get the option to work with a reasonably good hacker. Alternatively start a new game as a hacker, but you will be fairly underpowered to start. 2) I found as a new player that the combat classes were easier to get to grips with, although I found as a sniper I had to rely on pistols in the early stages as I wasn't skilled enough to use a rifle. 3) LV and Fennian have both got good reward ladders, so score over Streets for a new player. 4) The game manual and character descriptions give good info. The main differences are in what weapons can be used, which in turn can rule out some classes. some characters have higher max in some stats and (I think) slightly different starting stats. 5) Some factions have "Ladder Connectors" who give rewards for high rep, the sheep has mentioned Kass and as I said in 1) Fennian have one too, I won't say who. There are more, you can either find out as you play through or check out this post startradersrpg.proboards.com/post/59622/threadAlso while you are learning, choose a low difficulty, expect to die when you wander into the wrong territory too soon or pick a fight with the wrong people and don't get hung up about scrapping a game and starting again. We've all done it!

1) Remember that unless you are playing the "Male II" character you can't use clubs. One of best clubs isn't available to buy, it's a ladder reward. I think Blue Ox sell some good clubs, but their patch is a bit more dangerous. I personally get shock gloves (the blue ones) as soon as I can, they're effective against all enemies bar a couple of drones. You generate less heat by stunning rather than killing enemies and you are less likely to accidentally kill a target you are meant to capture. The corp branded stores in gang territory sell some good ones. 2) I'll leave that to some of the others who have more experience. 3) Most of the really good armour is in corp territory, buy the best you can afford and access safely, upgrade when you can. startradersrpg.proboards.com/post/27101/thread has list of what you can buy and where, although I'm not sure how up to date it is.

A couple of opinions:
I find the Gunslinger to be the easiest profession to start. Even with a pair of cheap guns, if you stick to gang territory, you can almost always take out the enemy with a dual shot.
I find the Sniper to be the hardest profession to start. Don't even bother with the rifle at first; pick up a pistol, preferably a stun gun. Or shock gloves. But I find even the Face to be more survivable in the beginning than the Sniper.
As for high reputation, people have already mentioned the ladders, which give rewards at certain reputation break-points. But another basic benefit of high reputation is the ability to generate heat without spawning devastating encounters. If you have high reputation with several neighboring factions, you can run back and forth between them with four or more jobs at a time without having your Zone Heat go above zero. You still have to remember to burn off any residual Global Heat after running a bunch of jobs, but it lets you get money and reputation a lot faster. And the zone faction is a lot more likely to ignore you if you come to their attention. High reputation is of huge benefit if you play at harder difficulties.
