Thoughts on traits that increases the maximum rank/edict a contact can provide? Just -- Less likely to give missions that involve illegal packages/prisoners/passengers. Can upgrade Edict +1 higher than standard contact max, edicts cost 20% less credits, but require 15% more rep
The current Military trait might allow +2 max Ranks.

Reformer -- Pays 30% more for Intel of own faction, faction rep matters 25% less for effective rep, increased chance for missions targeting own faction

The current Military trait might allow +2 max Ranks. I like this one. I'd probably cut the credits discount for simplicity. It has a lot of effects without it already.

I like the Traits that increase beyond normal Contact maximum. Will look into weaving these in.

Multitasker: +1 Mission available at all times, Missions pay 5% less.
(So you could run up to 6 at a time theoretically for such a contact.)

Forgiving: 5% Cheaper Pardons, lower chance of violent missions.
