I don't think we have a thread specifically for contact traits, do we? I'll start one.
Reformer -- more likely to give missions that target own faction, faction rep is 15% less impactful in effective rep
Also, the existing trait Underworld should recruit smugglers, and maybe the zealot trait should recruit zealots.
