Has somebody made one? I'd like to know when I am getting a bargain and should stock up.

Not really, grav. It fluctuates too much to have a static list.

Don't forget though that you can see the prices of places you've recently travelled to. If you are in the exchange, (or in your ship cargo screen), click on the cargo icon, and you'll see all the prices as you've recently noted them. Trading at normal pricing is very difficult though - even with high negotiation skills, you make so little from a standard trade that it's almost not worth your while. Instead ... check, check, and check again the rumors, especially on larger planets. Look out for anything that is a shortage rumor (and is within say 15 AU of your location. Quickly fly around and purchase as much as you can of that shortage good and get over to the planet in question. If there are no shortage rumors, a surplus rumor will do, but you don't make nearly as much from a surplus rumor. Wanna be more efficient with the rumor thingy? If you see a surplus, buy as much as your hold can handle, then dump it in a friendly Wilds cache. Repeat until the surplus is over. Also, if the cache is a good one, start stockpiling other stuff too. That way when you get a rumor for, say, crystals, you know that you've got 150 of them sitting in a cache not too far away. You can do a visit to the cache, then go straight to the shortage location and make a quick $200k

The resource report is the best way to see prices and rumors in one place.
Especially useful because you can get there from your list of "in stock" goods so if you have a lot of something, finding someplace to sell it is easier with RR.

Something I noticed that might be a glitch: Whenever you start a new game, does the price index resets too? It seems like when I play (Impossible) and see prices drop over time using the expensive items as a marker such as spice, crystals and metals then I die, then start a new game, the prices seem to carry over (sometimes).
Do I have to clear the cache in my phone to reset the actual prices? Clearing your cache from the phone will also clear the history.
Is this also a glitch?: The new captain will have a history of the previous game. Which can also be annoying since the prices will be inaccurate.

No, I don't think so. What device and Android OS version are you using?

No ... not a glitch Celu,
Price changes (a reduction in the difference between your buy and sell prices) occurs because you've improved reputation with a faction, have increased your negotiation skills, etc. A level 30 captain with +1,000RP with Cadar will get significantly better prices in Cadar exchanges than a rookie level 1 captain.

And with Negotiation higher than 150, you can literally buy low and sell high on the same planet!
But I think only obsessive players on Basic & Normal could get to that level. ;D

I believe there is a limit that the best buy/sell price is that both are the same.
