Yes, I am requesting to find parts of the game I have not discovered. I've been playing episode 1&2 til boredom has set in. It takes forever to get to lvl 40+. Since I hate dying I keep starting over. Anyhow, I want to make sure I'm not missing any personal weapons.
Vreas- Vurnak cult and Cortias after storm brothers quest
Kyra- I believe I acquired hers in Freeport (Myshanna)
Vincent- City of Dead, Platinum Heights (Koda side only)
I believe I acquired Kjartan's but don't remember where.
Others?
Also Is Family business (Riven field) related to one of the items? I have not had character and sufficient lvl to access that I can remember.

I haven't played through with Fy yet. Does this encounter yield only 1 item if Vraes is in the party also? Do all characters receive one of the choices if you are in the right place with the right items? |

Gr8Scott - if Fyona is in the group, she gets an item from Cortias. Vraes or Kincaid receive their item as well.

Kjartan, Selen, and Tamilin do not have personal weapons yet.
Vraes+Kincaid = Vurnak (episode 2) + Cortias (episode 4)
Vincent = City of the Dead (episode 3), City of the Dead (episode 4) (upgraded legendary)
Kyera = Myshana (episode 4 Freeport after Ogre quest)
Fyona = Cortias (episode 4)

I assume the “family business” quest line is the Vladin’s Hand quest. To the best of my knowledge it is triggered by killing Wolf Lord Hgarn and investigating the wagons there. If you go back to Riven’s Field before completing CoD (episode 3) then you get 500 exp and a quest trigger saying that maybe they will take a foray onto the surface at a later date. While this might be a trigger for someone’s legendary in the future or another quest, currently there is no way to get to Riven’s Field in episode 4 to follow up.

Out of curiosity, what would happen if you beat Cortias and get the shard, but skipped the Underforge and didn't get big V's hammer? Will the relic for Vraes/Kincaid be forfeited?

No, the smiths can still work the shards but without the hammer the resulting legendary weapons are significantly not as good. |
