Anna Dennis is a new Los V contact from the backroom -- at least I don't recall meeting her before. Her first screen says that she is a Smuggler. Her conversation 'I know some kids who need their first blood, could really help give you a hand' makes it sound like she is a Persona-fixer, but what she really wants to do is give you a mission (in this case, assassinate somebody in Fennian-land) for Los V.
