Oh, I noticed this too. I'm on a Google Pixel. Can you explain what you are seeing? I really don't understand the basic report. Maybe screenshot?

fallen - I got them. This is the informational message that flashes and disappears when your first touch a talent: snag.gy/k2vhA9.jpgWhen you touch the talent again, the full information box flashes and disappears on the bottom: snag.gy/b2C0yh.jpgAs richard says, it's a fairly minor thing.

Curator and Hobiecat have it correct. Initial, I thought my tablet was flicking and then I notice the information message flashing. It is to quick to full read, but you can see some of the information from the information message that is displayed on the bottom of the screen. As hobiecat, state, the second time, the standard information box flashes and disappears on the bottom of the screen where it normally is displayed.
Glad, hobicat got screen shots for you, they are to fast for me and do not have apray of getting them.

Ok, thanks for the screenshots. Those do look like the standard hovers for Heroes Talents, which perhaps could be improved to be more of a hover instead of locking the second one to the bottom of the screen?

Ah, that makes sense that those are supposed to be hovers! I'm not sure what the right improvement could be, though I'm not sure it matters that the second one is at the bottom of the screen. As people mention, the messages only flicker briefly when you touch the talent on your phone/tablet. I only got the screenshots because I realized that if I don't move my finger off of the talent when I press it, I can get the message to stay so that I can screenshot it. But, under normal playing conditions, both of those messages only flash briefly and disappear. Perhaps, in a perfect world, those messages don't appear at all on a phone/tablet, but only when playing on a PC from Steam, but I'm not sure if that's actually viable from a coding perspective?

hobiecat - as we've added hover as a first class mobile feature, we don't want to remove that. But we do need to find a way to stop the flashing.

Ah, got it fallen! So, I played around with it a bit more and I think I understand what's happening better. I now think the actual issue is that the hover message is toggling between the two screenshots I shared above. When you first touch a talent, the first (smaller, floating) image shows up. If you touch the same talent again, the second (larger, locked to the bottom) image shows up. If you touch the same talent a third time, it goes back to showing the first image again. The fourth time, it's the bigger one again and so on and so forth. If you touch a different talent, it starts the same cycle over for that talent. I've also realized that the actual message doesn't actually flicker as I initially thought. It just only shows up while you're touching the button. During actual play, it just appears to be flickering because you normally just touch the talent quickly to activate it. That causes the message to "flicker" briefly. If you were to actually hold the button down, the message would remain and it makes more sense contextually. It just that in the heat of battle and you're touching talents in rapid succession, those messages come across as flickering. I'm not sure what the actual fix may be, but perhaps not having the hover message toggle between the smaller image and the larger image may help things look smoother? Personally, I like the larger message that appears when you long press a talent, but I can see how the smaller one is less obtrusive. In the end, I feel that either is fine, but it's perhaps the toggling that makes this come across a little weird visually.

Yes, Heroes was built with 2 hover states. It isn't a great setup and we should condense them down to one and make it work like a hover (positioned under the click/tap point).

A minor question, why is it showing up in the latest release and it was not seen before?

A minor question, why is it showing up in the latest release and it was not seen before? Because we've improved our platform support on mobile.
