possible runner hiring bug

I hired 2 new runners from differnt connectors at Sparrow Street Liquors. They both showed up with precisely the same 'contract end' times. One showed up with no experience as expected. The other showed up with 20 (or maybe 18) xp. What makes me suspcious is that I had 20 (or maybe 18) xp stored up at that time. Just thought I would mention it, in case this is a problem.

Runners hiring looks like it does not advance the clock correctly, so like if you hire them back to back it might be the same end time.

Also, starting XP is semi-randomized so the different starting values is expected.
