So, while making my way towards Ravenna, I noticed that Rabiel only appeared once (before this playthrough, he would usually appeared at least 2-3 times, whenever my group got closer to Ravenna). At first, I didn't pay much heed to this. However, it quickly became clear that the fight was bugged, as Ravenna didn't say anything after the encounter and the fight with her dragged on, even after all the ratkins were slaughtered. I tried killing her but she revived after reaching 0 Hp. Then, I tried scattering my group around the area in hope of triggering some kind of dialog (which didn't work) and now we are stuck by lava, with a raging, flaming goddess close on our heels.
My laptop is Hp Pavilion Entertainment PC and I can send the files of my playthrough if needed.

I have the same problem. I'm on Android, one plus 5. Version 4.5.21 of the game (newest as of today). I slowly took out all 33,000 HP of Ravenna (using a number of items along the way to keep my buffs going) . . . and then her HP fully replenished. I promptly quit and checked the bug reports of the forum.

Wow that is a terrible bug. I hope nobody gets caught there with an ironman group.

A hot fix for this is building now and on its way up.
Boot the game up after the hot fix (4.5.23) and once you end your turn, Ravenna will start talking. Probably take about 3-4 turns.

I got the update and it worked exactly as described: Ravenna started talking every turn and then left. Thank you for the fix!
