I bought it despite not having enough funds. I now have -50 Y.
And when I try to use the public terminals now, they toast 'Insufficient Funds' which makes them another candidate for being replaced with a dialog, if we want to have talking Matrix phones. I didn't know that using them costs money. How much? The Dockside Hotel will let me use their phone for free. They correctly won't let me spend the night, though.
Ricco, however, correctly notices that I am broke and won't take me anywhere. Good
And being so new, I cannot test and make sure the Thopters behave properly right now, as they think I am a rogue knight.
