I surrendered to the alien once, when I knew I was dead (something like 1 crew and hull left and they had boarded). They killed me. That sounds... er... pretty mild... |

I always forget about ram! When I remember, it almost always saves my ass. One time, fighting pirates, my ship was bashed to hell and back, my crew was almost gone, and things were generally looking pretty grim. I began mashing the ram button and to my astonishment, I achieved Victory, over an almost pristine condition enemy ship. Food for thought indeed...

Isnt using ram like gambling? You may damage your own ship or your enemys ship. If you have escape shuttle then its always a way to survive.
