Concussion Grenade: Make consistent with update #146 ?

With Update #146, we've modified both the Bio-Poison and Smoke Bomb grenades to allow use from slot 2, making them better in line with other grenades a more versatile for their high Initiative cost.

All grenade attacks cost 16 initiative.

Could you make the same change to Soldier(8), Concussion Grenade? To use it from slot-2?   Supplementary note; Combat team members in slot-1 frequently suffer knock-back attacks.

No, we cannot change the Soldier one. I looked closely at that, but to do it we'd have to reduce its Stun % which I think would be a real loss.
