I got Cognac Brawn's chip with a reputation of 8 with the Streets. I think they should be fussier.

beh,it's a good contact,but nothing of special =) for me his vchip only is a bit difficult to find(if u don't know where to search,natural)...=) mmm anyway a rep 15 minimum could be more right,and it'd not be a big change =) concluding...I agreed =)

grävling and @slide - Cognac was one of the first characters added who worked in this way. Really really early in CK =) At the time, we were not sure what kind of reputation thresholds people would put up with. He was a major pre-cursor to the 150 Rep ladders that exist out there. I have upped him to 15.
