Hunt and Seek sounds like an offense-boosting talent, but it debuffs enemy craft. ECM Surge sounds like something that interferes with the enemy, but it buffs own craft. I think the names of these E-tech talents should be switched.

(I’ve wondered how Electronic Counter Counter Measures, from the ECCM Screen, help with Escape and Void Resist. I can imagine how ECCM might give those benefits, but ECM seems like a more straight-forward source.)
