Hello, just bought the game for android. It crashes right after I attempt to launch after the captain creation screen. For awhile it got to 20% loading and crashed. A couple times it loaded, but crashed immediately.
I have android 7.1.1 on a Nokia 2 TA-1023

I can help at andrew@tresebrothers.com Other options include device restart, clearing Google Play cache, making sure your OS, Google Play and Google Play Games services are all up to date. But, I think these are unlikely to help. |

Oh, ok. I'll double check those things, but is this a phone/platform issue or just a mystery bug?

Never heard this one before with many thousands of players on the game before, so its pretty mysterious. Does your phone have enough space? Have you incorrectly turned on any Developer Options in Android Settings? Have you denied the app any permissions? Is the download when the app starts successful? Try uninstall/reinstall? |
