Inside the games, when does the atlas sell/buy get updated for each zone?

Never, it is simply the estimate based on the zone type.

It does get updated in one way, in that it takes Trade Law into account on which goods to buy/sell, so rumors that affect Trade Law will reflect on what is shown in the Atlas.

Why is it not updated when you stop at the zone. I would automatically, get the latest information about pricing from the market since I am there. I should see the affect of my trade with zone inside the Altas.

Interesting I do appreciate the fact that tree brother games are light on tablet resources unlike other games. but back to question, why is the atlas not updated after the trade, Is it not, just an entry into a data table inside the game, so is there something more?
Also, If the atlas is not updated by my trades, why is it not loads at the beginning of the game?
