Mission idea for a new contact, Dean of University type

They want you do do missions for them to increase the prestige of their university. But instead of getting higher levels of recruits you get a greater percentage chance that there will be an Academy Graduation rumour in that zone. Some of the missions could be interesting, too -- you need to carry 4 passengers to go study ancient ruins or other wilderness sorts of things.
