Crew Death / Desertion notice

fyi i’m on iOS

evidently there’s a lil red triangle in the log when crew desert but I would find it really helpful if desertion and crew death (in combat or space misadventure) got a little more notice in the UI.

yeah i see the updated “crew needed” icon in the status bar but especially if i’m running a big ship i have to scroll thru my crew, and triangulate with what crew is available/what skill are suddenly missing, to see if i can sort who is gone. super minor detail!

baleen - check the event list, that desertion one is key.

Also, Ship Status > Captains Log includes all the details of death and desertion permanently.

Agree this should be more conspicious than hiding in the captain's log. Desertion could have its own colour in the activity panel too.
