It is not a habit of ours to post advertisements on our forum, but we wanted to give a shout out and share the work of our long-time community bright light, En1gma. It's hand mixed in 16 lb batches by En1gma himself. www.sanobesuperfoods.com/I love PB&Js. I love to eat them with coffee. Maybe that part is weird. Still, this stuff looks amazing. Mine is already shipping If you're into artesianal eats, check this out.

True story-- the Jammin Java was inspired by drinking coffee while test tasting the other flavors.
I'm so honored to have our humble product mentioned here, thank you Andrew and anyone who visits the website!!

I was tempted to send an email to the site asking if this is safe for sheep consumption but I'm afraid they may not understand. Payday is at the end of the week though.

En1gma Have you experimented with other nuts? Almonds, work well Pecans, quite frankly pecan anything is just incredible. Pistachios have too low an oil content so need a lot of oil added (I burned out a blender motor trying to make butter without adding oil. The colour is a bit odd (the green/brown mix is well...), but I've just made a batch with good olive oil added and it's worth a try. Cashew, again too dry without added oil and I was a bit disappointed in the taste.

We've dabbled in other nuts, and have some coming in the undetermined future. Getting the food tested and labels printed is prohibitively expensive, so we're focusing on just peanuts at the moment. Our tests using hazelnuts and cacao was delicious, but being the second hardest nut (after Brazil nuts of course ) we could only pulverize them, not grind them to make butter.
