suggestion: ship blurb for new ships

When picking a template's starting ship, we get the intended use (A.V. long range explorer) and a nice description of it's capabilities (high speed hull ...)

Could this be incorporated into the new ship purchase screen?

A. It builds emersion - of course the shipyard would pitch the available models
B. Greatly assists with offline play for those of us who haven't pulled down the entire wiki :-)

It wouldn't even require an interface rework!

but then i'd have to fly those ships around and write up descriptions for all the ones that aren't starting ships too!
