I still miss these combat armors you can select from the weapon lockers as visual outfits. The male bounty_torso as heavy armor is already there, but the light and stealth types are still missing. Besides more cool visual options, such armor-outfits would be useful to immediately recognize what armor type the combat crew character is currently using as long as you visually update them too.
If all armors are also visually available for both genders, another auto-assign outfit option comes into my mind to visually synchronize the currently used armor.

Cool concept! Never something we set out to achieve but perhaps someday. We're definitely on a course that armor will not drive character appearance.

I like the current setup -- it is really nice to be able to customize your crew as you see fit.

I was only talking about more options, not ways to eliminate customizations. Heck, I would never want to see combat armors on non-combat/-military crew either, especially not if you got personal character concepts of other games that are easily adoptable with all the neat civilian stuff to wear. It's especially nice that you can even change name and gender to completely revamp everyone.

Right on. We will keep working on adding additional outfits that players can select and customize their characters, including additional armor and military style -- and some additional ones that come in pairs for both male and female skeletons.
May the void have mercy, Cory
