Posted by Klokinator in Discord, I'm posting them here on his behalf.
Right now there's a sense of annoyance I have with almost everything featuring hover-tooltips. Ex: During combat, I can't just hover over an icon above someone's head to see what that specific status does. Ex: During combat, if my character or an enemy is in the process of attacking or doing an action, hover tooltips don't work at all. I don't need to watch without moving while enemies attack me; I'd like to be able to hover over my guys and the enemies to see their overall status and plan my next turn. Ex: When I'm on the world map, if I hover my mouse over a world, like so...
then move my mouse a micrometer in any direction, the tooltip vanishes for a split second, then reappears. It's very rapid and disorienting.
Tooltips like this should stay up as long as I'm hovering over the world.
This happens with every single hoverable on the world map, not just worlds.

Sorry that you're having such issues with the tooltips! We'll keep working to improve!

this player probably just needs to fix his settings and this will go away. I haven't seen him Discord but if I do I will try to help. Since the user with the problem isn't posting on the forum, they're not able to see the responses. The issue is *in the computer* -- but hard to tell them that this way

Klok here. Are you sure it's a problem with my PC? I definitely won't rule it out, but I saw some other people in the discord say they also had issues with the tooltips.

Klok here. Are you sure it's a problem with my PC? I definitely won't rule it out, but I saw some other people in the discord say they also had issues with the tooltips. Yeah 100% of the ppl I've talked to on Reddit, Discord, Forum etc all fixed it. If your mouse driver constantly moves the mouse, the hovers will get that. We're just getting raw input from the device. If those gifs are all intentional mouse movement or something, then yeah -- that's how this engine works. We will buy a better engine next game! I will keep my eyes open as always for as many users to help as I can!
