Door to Platinum heights don't open

Hi,

most players seem to have no issue with this, so maybe this is just me. Somehow, my party can't seem to be able to enter platinum heights. Last thing that happened in front of the gates was that Kjartan stated that he might be able to open the gates if he was an Sedollan mage, and that has been the end of it.

I have completed all other content that I'm aware of, including the sanctuary and up to reaching Fiernhold.

Am I missing something obvious?

You need to have Vincent on your team to open the gates to Platinum Heights. He is a sedollen mage.
