Xeno combat is meant to be asymmetrical. That's fine. However, I think Xeno's high critical chance (due to many MANY buffs raising it) leads to frequent bursty damage that one-shots players. I imagine that blows that more commonly bring a character to the brink of death would lead to more dynamic and enjoyable combat than ones where the player-characters are killed in a single hit. This would also make the many Xeno debuffs more apparent, heightening the "otherness" of the aliens. My suggestion is minor and honestly I'd want to see it in simulated battles quite a lot before making such a change in production: What if the Xeno's critical magnitude roll were 10% lower? Instead of (20-40 + Talent)% Bonus damage, it were (10-30 + Talent)% damage bonus? Would it be a meaningful enough change? Would it make the battles too easy?

Thanks for the suggestion! We'll always keep looking at xeno balance, especially as the factory starts production on the Jyeetax.
