I propose the following relic to branch off of the final Soldier grenade node:
Plasma Cores [RELIC] -- Targeting System [Berserk and Soldier]
Grenades deal plasma damage instead of standard damage and generate no heat when used, +12 Plasma Damage
6 Gear Levels
(The plasma damage would apply to grenades as well as other attacks, as all war gear does.)
Note that this actually wouldn't pair well with the Berserk grenade relic because it ignores normal defenses anyway. It costs 2 more GL than the detonator as against many foes this would be considerably stronger, but it grants no max heat nor HP bonuses.
