Clearly some issues with the XP bar on the smaller screen. I can't tell the physical size of either of these, is it tappable or just too small?

Just the xp bar looking weird. Haven't found anything affecting gameplay.
LG Tribute Empire: 5in screen. 720 x 1280 resolution.
Samsung Galaxy S9: 5.8in screen. 2220 x 1080 resolution.
