The higher-level small railguns have perhaps too much electronics soak. +3 Electronics is a lot for a small size gun. I'm pretty sure the skill soak for it was formulated before elec was able to be used for strong defense dice, so probably should be reconsidered in the current meta.
In the patch notes for update #166 Blazelight Railguns (lvl 5) were buffed to have slightly more damage than Radiance Railgun (lvl 6) so that each one has more unique roles. However, even for a pure damage build I think the Radiance is probably better because its higher crippling rate makes the enemy weaker to take damage faster. I suggest raising the crit rate of Blazelight Railguns to make it more suited to the role of having destructive individual shots.
Finally, I want to suggest bringing the RP cost of the lvl 1 and lvl 3 railguns down to 2RP, because they seem to weak to justify using 3 RP for.

I have to agree with the level 1 small railguns costing 3 RP being pretty lame. I haven't looked at level 3 small railguns in a while but I'd imagine that's the right adjustment for them too. |
