Add rad/void damage to ship combat log messages

Currently the ship combat logs only display standard damage, and very indirectly, the effects of standard and non-standard damage on components. It would be great to see (with coloration?) the non-standard damage amounts in the log so we can see the rolls of our plasma cannons special damage etc.
