So im wondering are wing gear items locked to only be equipped on a person whose first job is a wing job? Like say I have a contact who can hire me a high level pilot (which adds to the pilot skill pool needed for craft usage)and then I promote them to officer and take wing bomber can I still buy a wing gear item and put it on them? Also can wing gear be equipped if they are not an officer? To my knowledge gear slot is officer only but perhaps wing jobs can equip a wing gear slot without being officer? Currently I've always made my wing craft pilots officers specifically so I can give them gear. Thanks
