I've looked but could not find anything so,

Can you set your own order of ship abilities?

or if I reset every crew members abilities and re-learned from a empty slate would they keep a different order?

If not then I'll move this over into suggestions even if it's just to sort in descending order.

AHHhh...I had not figured that out, I knew it was sorting something but was thinking type and Range didn't occur to me for some reason.
