v2.7.3 cosmetic bugs

- Engineer's Capture has a radius of about 3 (the circle displayed), but refuses to work beyond 1.
- Engineer's Capture has an accuracy bonus, but it can't miss, right?
- Engineer's Heat Sink is Heat Restricted, but it only has a "Requires Normal Armor" marker.
- Engineer's Manual Vent buff's duration is undocumented.
- Engineer's Scorch Order's range is undocumented.
- Clicking on 'View req.' of Rallying Charge 4 flashes the wrong box in the research tree.
- "Hydraul -Punch Kit" has a stray space in it.
- Denounce 4 and 7 'View req.' point at the wrong node.
- The description of Frag Grenade's doesn't state the range (starts out at 3, increases to 4 at rank 3).

Fixed! This was really widespread bug.
