so same system, same orbital action, two mirror cards, but the reults vary like shown in sreens.

while this might make sense from some fluff angle, its mostly "have a short stick" imo, and also, i remember that in the past +rep card also was directed to hunna rep.

please consider balancing this either both cards target faction either indies rep or both target hunna rep.

Sorry you dislike the balancing of this! There are two cards in the entire set that can change Hunna rep and you've posted them both.
