Where do I click to determine which Intel Records are in my possession? Do I have to wait until I'm at the contact to sell Intel? It seems like I should be able to look at the Intel first in case I have multiple contacts? Please advise. Thank you!

There is a way to see it anywhere. I think it is a tab in the cargo screen?

If you bring up your Cargo Hold (tap/click Cargo bottom left corner)
Then at the Bottom middle.
There are a few options and 2 over looked ones are
Intel Records
Cargo Missions.
In the case of intel giving it to one faction vs. The other impacts reputation accordingly on who is helped / hurt. 2nd step removed seems to be worth less. (Ie. intel is between A and B. You sell to C who is currently also against A).
In the case Cargo Missions you can see who what and where it’s going by clicking on a mission box to set a new Way Point.
