So if I have a cadar contact who sells me rare trade goods are they stamped as cadar and therefore subject to trade ban rules?

Hmm, I'm not 100% sure. I don't think they are stamped with faction stamping... which is pretty weird, actually.

Cool thanks. I kinda figured being that contacts have to wait years sometimes depending on influence to "get their hands on some" that they were acquiring them from non government sources.
