Let Junker repair small craft

Junker: Every remnant of scrap has a use, fixes 2 ship components up to Repair Skill whenever salvaging a destroyed ship or drawing a Salvage card that grants Credits

I've always thought this was a bit underwhelming. What if it could also help small craft? I think that would be a helpful boost.

Anecdotal feedback from other players says this trait might be just fine as-is.

It definitely pushes you toward a certain style of play to be useful, and rewards a certain set of crossed Jobs.
