Money sink idea

I love crew combat but don’t have the stomach for it. However like most captains, I have a lot of cash to burn. Would adding a gladiator spectator feature where captains can bet money on fighters be a good suggestion? Or card games using the existing card system

Thanks for the suggestion! We'll keep working on late-game money sinks. You can get involved in pit fighting, but in a story not as a independent mechanic
