I don't see an obvious way to change the way my captain looks when I start a new game. How can I select one manually?

When you start a new game, use the << and >> buttons on the right hand side of the screen to change their look. Once in the game, go to the crew roster, pick any crew member, pick Visual and use the same buttons to change their look. |

When you start a new game, use the << and >> buttons on the right hand side of the screen to change their look. Once in the game, go to the crew roster, pick any crew member, pick Visual and use the same buttons to change their look. There is a bug in the code for Linux where I can't see most of the screen. The main menu is on the right side of the screen and I can't see these arrows to push because they are off screen. This is why i never found them. You wouldn't know that they are off screen as everything looks normal. Just a note, resolution is 3840x1600. I don't see anything close to that for even windowed mode. In full-screen mode, it is unplayable. |
