Spatial and high level recruits

I'm not sure whether it's implemented yet because I've only had like 1 or 2 higher lvl spatial recruits yet.

Have traits like spatial and neverlost calculate their bonus for each lvl upon recruiting a new recruit.
I.e. a lvl 6 new recruit will have the chance to have 0-6 bonus pilot from spatial due to being lvl6 in the first place.

Not having this included considerably hurts those traits in the late game.

Yep, it is a downgrade to those Traits for higher level recruits. But Brilliant is hurt in a similar way. Not something we plan to change.
