The rumor:
Starport Closed
Other than allowing Star Traders their right to land, all services at the starport are restricted. We will not be able to fuel, repair, upgrade or access dry docked ships at this landing zone.
With interstellar traffic reduced, Contacts resident in this zone may lose Influence.
Could have also:
Due to the lack of available work at the port, Mechanics are eager to join up with a Start Trader crew and will be available with 2 more character levels than usual.
(Still only applies if Starport's base number is 7+ though. This is to mimic the rationale for Tariffs but would make Starport Closed have a silver lining.)
