A rumor that would have a chance to proc after a Surface Storm resolves over a Wild Zone:
A recent surface storm downed a number of starships, littering the area with ship salvage.
- Double chance of finding water-fuel in the wilderness from destroyed ships.
- Rushing to pick up the scrap from crashed vessels, Scavengers are more likely to appear
- Information on contacts is often found in the remains of recently wrecked hulls; +20% chance to find contact introductions.
Due to increased w-f, Scavengers (low danger foes) and contact introductions, this rumor would actually make the exploration of an area a bit safer, which would be an interesting chance from most of the other Wild Zone rumors.
