I like the change of being able to heal multiple wounds at one time. Problem is, it doesn't cost you what it should.
When just on the doctor screen, if you heal, say... 5 wounds... it will remove the appropriate amount from the total as you move the slider. You accept the cost and proceed as usual.
However, after leaving the doctor screen, if you go to any other place where it shows how much money you have, it is clear, the doctor only charged you for one heal (though you have all healed).
Does that make sense? In other words, you are getting your money back mysteriously... (the doctor event is not taking away the appropriate amount of credits, despite what it looks like on the doctor screen).
