Despite being in a spice festival, there was no spice. This was immediately after finishing the final bout of the pit fighting storyline.

Ah I thought the festival guaranteed limitless spice. No worries. If this is working as intended I don't mind.

Ah I thought the festival guaranteed limitless spice. No worries. If this is working as intended I don't mind. I don't love the result, tbh. I understand why the simulator is doing this but the "No Spice" and "Spice Festival" on the screen at the same time seem to be a net negative for the player.

From a story point, no ruler would have a spice festival and run out spice It really bad from the ruler rep.

Or, if there really isn't spice here than that Spice Rumor shouldn't spawn.
As it is just doesn't feel great. Technically not really a bug -- the game is following all the defined rules.
But also not as good as it could be.
