View Components Available From Ship screen

Suggestion: In the ship screen, have a button for known available upgrades the captain has found. Clicking it opens a screen simular to the ship upgrade screen at a starport. Clicking an entry however just shows the last known costs and known locations sold. Maybe even having a waypoint button, or one that opens the map with that system.
Example: A captian wants to upgrade the weapons locker to A3 but does not remember the cost or what starport it was at. They open the Ship screen and click the [Upgrades available] button and find the last planet that they looked at that component for [$$cost$$] was at starport [landing zone].
