IOS - Can’t Play My Own Music

Given the age of this game I would call my request a low priority at best. Also, sorry if it is noted elsewhere. I searched here and in the HS Bugs forum but couldn’t find anything. 

The battle music is a bit too repetitive for me (no worries there, I read the comments on license costs), so generally I want to listen to my own music while playing on my iPad. Unfortunately, the game kills any music I play. This behavior of playing music out of another app (Tidal, Spotify, Apple Music and so on) works just fine in most other games, including ST:F. 

I might not even have mentioned it, but I am starting to spend hours and hours in this game. Which, you know, awesome! fun stuff. I am agonizing on when to respec.

Galactician - that sounds like an odd bug. The game has no ability to affect other apps like Tidal or Spotify.

You should mute the game music and play your own music.

Aaaaaah, thanks for saying that. I did have the music muted but I had to restart the app to get my music to play properly.

I guess I haven’t shut down HoS In...uh...ever.
