Hi all,
I have just had a bad ship battle where both ships were badly damaged and in the end my was blown up but in the end the game said I won the fight and I was even able to salvage the wreck of the defeated ship. As if my destruction was taken for my opponent's destruction. Anyone ever had similar issue?
After the fight my ship was very badly damaged so it was as if the last battle turn never happened... It might be that my opponent's craft was disabled in the same turn as I blew up because we both were seriously damaged and both scored some critical hits in the last turn. Not sure if it's important but I did successfully boarded the enemy ship during that combat (with a skill at distance 3). So... do we have a bug or what?
BTW this really broke my spirit because I just cannot continue to play with this captain as I'm pretty much convinced she should be dead now.
And some technicalities: - I played the Android version 3.0.85 - I played on Samsung J7 running Android 8.1.0 (not sure it's relevant in this case)

It sounds like a defeat ordering condition. Your enemy also lost the battle so in a loss-loss tie, you win!
What condition did the enemy lose by?
Sorry that it broke your spirit! Consider it a bug and retire the save?

Consider it a bug and retire the save? I'm not sure about what happened to the enemy. I stopped looking closely after they blew up my ship. Indeed that's what I did with the save as I just could not force myself to continue as if nothing happened.
Thanks for a quick response and I guess I'll leave it up to you to decide whether it's a bug or a feature. I guess there's an easy enough workaround if it ever happens to me again.
