Paladin's Righteous Embrace not working properly

So i got the higher tiers of Righteous Embrace, It's first buff death's embrace triggers as normal +1 Mp 20 dmg +16 pen and +16% auto block for the buff.

The rest in the talent's description Militant and Ultra however do not trigger no matter what i do. I tried kills 2 on the same turn, 1 kill one turn a kill the other did not trigger. Same with the ultra buff. 

What could possibly be the issue ?

Will take a look. A look at the code indicates it is working, but added to the list.
