It would be nice to have gear that gives perks against xeno only. Maybe +5 initiative against xeno with -2 initiative vs human? Or grants great armor and melee defense vs xeno, but has negative armor against pistols and rifles?, but only against xeno. You cannot switch gear on combat crew on the way into battle so it could be a handicap if you are mot careful.
