Puncture Points issue?

Does -Energy(Plas/Rad) resist work with a minimum? I was shooting at Jyeeta with "Puncture Points" and a rifle, but the Plasma soak roll didn't appear to change between rounds? (I shot the same target twice, checked the log and their resist was 8-16 (ISH!) each time). Or is there a minimum resistance that can't be removed?

Sounds like a misunderstanding with how the log is formatted, in which it shows the range and not the resulting roll. That is why it is always the same value shown.

Oh I understand it is a range, what I mean is the range was the same for both shots, even when one range should have been reduced by the -Energy Resist.

Or is the range unchanged by -energy resist?

My apologies but I didn't get the second shot screenshot, but it reports the same range for both.

The range shown is what your damage will roll. The application of negative energy resist is a second step which does not affect the original roll.
