I'm looking at the Medical Ward trait and it states that its for ships with 'advanced medical facilities.' Is that ALL medical components, or just the ones that have Advanced in the name?

Hope that helps. "advanced medical facilities" is flavor text indicating you have medical rating above 1.

I have to say that this is indeed confusing. I barely found this thread on it (a couple others were less definitive). If you have a ship component in the game called "advanced medical bay" and talents that require advanced medical facilities on your ship for max benefit...well, maybe this can be clarified more?
So having ANY medical component on your ship would count for talents like Treat Wounded? This could be fixed with some different text in the talents, or no "advanced" in the components. Thanks for listening (and clarifying if I misunderstood?).

It might be worth cleaning up the text on talents using medical rating to strip the word advanced. It'd probably be a win for player understanding.

Medical Ward was the only Talent I could find that used the word advanced. I have removed it.
