Looking over the unlocks, I remembered that there are still 7 unlocks that do not have a reward yet. One of them is Master Adventurer, for discovering 30 xeno artifacts in 10 years at Hard difficulty. I suggest that either a Scientist starting contact would be an appropriate reward for this unlock.
